Data we collect

Contact and job applications: this site has no web form — if you email us (including to apply for a job or send us your CV), we receive whatever name, email address, phone number and message content you choose to include. This information is only used to answer your request or consider your application.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics): only if you give your consent via the cookie banner. Without that consent, no browsing data is sent to Google.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries or job applications and getting back to you — legitimate interest / steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Measuring site traffic to improve it — based on your consent.

You can change your choice at any time via the « Cookie settings » link at the bottom of the homepage.

Retention period

Emails sent to us (enquiries, job applications) are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 14 months in Google Analytics.

Recipients

When you accept audience-measurement cookies, your browsing data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) as a processor. Google adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for transfers outside the European Union.
